Dominic O’Brien is a British mnemonist. He is the eight time (1991, 1992, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1999 ,2000, 2001) World Memory Champion . He has an entry in the” Guinness Book of Records” for his May 1, 2002 feat of committing to memory a random sequence of 2808 playing cards (54 packs) after looking at each card only once. He was able to correctly recite their order, making only eight errors, four of which he immediately corrected when told he was wrong.
Akira Haraguchi MEMORIZED and recited the value or pi till 83,431 decimal places, almost doubling the previous record held by Hiroyuki Goto.
